Dear Bluegrass Fan,

I’m sure you know that we are totally prepared to have Bluegrass First Class in Asheville, NC Feb 19-21, 2021, however, I regret to inform you that we will not be able to have the event this year. The governor of North Carolina just gave us his latest live venue performance requirements which will not make it possible for us to have the event. The Crowne Plaza Resort has graciously worked with us through this process and the staff was looking forward to their “most fun event of the year”. Ninety-six of the 100 counties in NC have recently been classified as having critical or substantial growth FOR COVID-19. North Carolina recently joined only a hand full of other states by adopting a version of the “Stay At Home” policy. We really appreciate your support of this festival and of this music. We can’t wait to be back February 18, 19, & 20, 2022 to be with you again.

If you’ve already purchased your tickets, full and prompt refunds to your method of payment, will be given immediately for all ticket orders purchased. If you have rooms reserved with the Crowne Plaza Resort, they will refund all your money prior to January 15th, 2021.

Special Note for room reservations for 2021 and 2022: We know how important Crowne Plaza room reservations are to everyone. Current and future reservations can be addressed directly with the resort.  You may call in-house reservations directly 828-285-2603 to discuss your options or choose one of the options listed. Click here to download a form to secure your 2022 reservation. This form must be returned to the Crowne Plaza directly.

PS: We just signed a new contract extension with the Crowne Plaza making sure we will be able to deliver this event to you for many years into the future!
